Ashley Cole Burgled 24-Hours After Divorce From Cheryl
Police are reportedly investigating the break-in...
Ashley Cole suffered more heart-ache following his divorce from Cheryl Cole when his luxury home was burgled 24-hours after his marriage was officially dissolved.
The Chelsea footballer's bolt-hole in Esher was broken into as Ash prepared for England's away game against Switzerland, taking place this evening.
Police in Surrey have confirmed they have started an investigation into the burglary and want to speak to Cole to check nothing was stolen.
A spokesperson for the police have since stated: "No one was injured and inquiries are continuing."
The break-in on Ashley's pad is the second time in six months that he has been targeted after thieves attempted to wreck his former home that he used to share with the Girls Aloud star in February.
Meanwhile, Ashley's ex-wife Cheryl is reportedly single again after allegations have suggested that she has parted ways with her rumoured boyfriend Derek Hough.
