Britney Responds to Assault Claim
BRITNEY SPEARS has hit back at allegations made by her former bodyguard
Fernando Flores filed a lawsuit yesterday suing the singer for sexual harassment and abuse of her kids.
But in a statement on Britney's official website, lawyers for the star said The Department of Children and Family Services had conducted a full investigation of her ex minder's accusations and have closed the case without any further action.
A statement on Spears' official website said: "This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.
"The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action."
The statement continued: "Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts."
